Please treat Villa Troldhaugen, its contents and the surrounding property with care. • No parties, events or additional guests without prior written approval. • Smoking and vaping are not permitted indoors. • Please respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially between 22:00 and 08:00. • Children must be supervised at all times near the water, jacuzzi, trampoline and outdoor equipment. • Life jackets must be worn when using kayaks, SUP boards or the inflatable boat. Use of all water equipment is at the guest’s own risk and only in suitable weather conditions. • The jacuzzi must remain covered when not in use. Please shower before entering and do not add soap, oils or other products to the water. • Pets are only permitted with prior approval. • Do not access locked cupboards, storage rooms, technical rooms or other areas marked as private. • Please report any damage, breakage or technical issue immediately. • Guests are responsible for excessive damage, missing items or additional cleaning caused during the stay. • Commercial photography, filming or use of the property for events requires prior written approval. • Please follow the checkout instructions and leave the property securely locked.
